Cam set for 'PLUSH'

Catherine Hardwicke's new thriller
Though it seems to be taking a while to come together, Catherine Hardwicke is now gathering the cast she needs for her new thriller, Plush. Variety is reporting that she’s signed someone she’s worked with before, as Twilight's Cam Gigandet is now to play the male lead.
Gigandet joins Emily Browning in the movie, which has been described as an erotic thriller set in LA. Now we have a few more plot details, with word that Gigandet will play a psychic psychologist who can dig into his patients’ minds and see their memories. Quite handy for helping them battle their past demons, then, though not without its dangers. Browning will be a young woman who possesses similar powers, and we’re guessing they’ll be both under threat and under the covers at various points in the film.
There’s no word on when Hardwicke will kick off shooting, but she’ll be working from a script she co-wrote with Artie Nelson.

about the Movie:
After losing her band mate and brother to a drug overdose, rising rock star Hayley (Emily Browning) finds herself in a downward spiral. The second album from her band Plush is received as a critical and commercial disaster. She finds new hope and friendship in Enzo (Xavier Samuel), the replacement guitarist who inspires her to reach new creative heights. But soon their collaboration crosses the line sexually and Hayley, who is married with two children, retreats from Enzo's advances. As Hayley slowly discovers Enzo's dark and troubled history, she realizes she may have let a madman into her home and family and that her mistake may cost the lives of people closest to her...
